Permissions

These Terms of Service do not grant WorkLink any rights to your data or intellectual property, except for the limited, necessary rights that enable us to effectively provide and improve the services to you.Provision of the Service
WorkLink, its business partners, and their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives provide the Service to users. Use of the Service requires a reliable internet connection. WorkLink Information Services Inc. is not involved with, nor does it assume any responsibility for, a user's method of connecting to the internet or any related connectivity issues..Application of and Changes in Terms and Conditions of use
These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to all users. Access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of these terms and conditions of use.WorkLink Information Services Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revise or amend these Terms and Conditions of Use without the prior consent of the users, and by using the Service, the user acknowledges and accepts this condition. Material changes to these Terms and Conditions of Use will be announced by posting the updated terms on the Service or its website. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions of Use prior to each use of the Service. The user's continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes will constitute the user's acceptance of and agreement to those changes.
Subscription Period
Following the subscriber's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use, the Service start date will be displayed within the subscriber's backend management system. WorkLink Information Services Inc. may confirm the establishment of a subscriber's account by sending a confirmation notice to the email address provided by the subscriber.Termination of Subscription
- WorkLink Information Services Inc. reserves the right to immediately terminate a subscriber's access and subscription without prior notice if the subscriber, or any party acting on their behalf or through their account, violates any of the terms stipulated in these Terms and Conditions of Use.
- In the event a subscription is terminated pursuant to the preceding clause, WorkLink Information Services Inc. shall not be obligated to refund any fees previously paid.
Verification and Password Management
Registration of an email address and password is mandatory for access to the Service. Users are solely responsible for the careful management and confidentiality of their registered email address and password, and must not disclose this information to any third parties. Users who suspect that their password has been compromised must change it immediately. When an individual logs in to the Service using a registered email address and password, WorkLink Information Services Inc. will consider that individual to be the authorized user associated with that particular email address and password.Intellectual Property
All content featured on the Service, including, but not limited to, text, articles, graphics, logos, user interfaces, button icons, images, photographs, audio and video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, constitutes the intellectual property of WorkLink and is protected by applicable copyright laws.The design, selection, arrangement, coordination, and compilation of all such content on the Service are the exclusive property of WorkLink Information Services Inc. and are protected by applicable copyright laws. All software utilized on the Service is the property of WorkLink Information Services Inc. or its software suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
Upon acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use, users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and make non-commercial use of the Service. This license does not, however, confer any intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, related to the services provided. Users are strictly prohibited from modifying, renting, leasing, reselling, or distributing the Service or any part thereof.
Modifications to the Service
The user hereby agrees and accepts that WorkLink Information Services Inc. reserves the right to modify the Service without prior notice to the user. Such modifications may include, but are not limited to, alterations to the various pricing tiers and plan terms, as well as the changing or elimination of specific features or components of the Service.Suspension of the Service
The user hereby agrees and accepts that WorkLink Information Services Inc. reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Service without prior notification to users in the event of the following circumstances. Users acknowledge and accept this condition when utilizing the Service.- When conducting scheduled or emergency maintenance on the Service.
- When the provision of the Service becomes impractical or impossible due to circumstances such as, but not limited to, fire, power outages, or accidents.
- When the provision of the Service is impeded or prevented by a Force Majeure Event, including, but not limited to, natural disasters such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, flooding, or tsunamis.
- When the provision of the Service is impaired or prevented by civil disturbances, including, but not limited to, war, acts of terrorism, rebellion, rioting, civil unrest, or labor disputes.
- When encountering unforeseen technical issues or system failures.
- When WorkLink Information Services Inc. deems a temporary suspension necessary due to other operational or technical difficulties.
Prohibited Items
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging, whether directly or indirectly (through a third party), in the following conduct, whether intentional or due to negligence:- Conduct that infringes upon or may infringe upon the intellectual property rights (such as copyrights, trademark rights, assets, privacy, or image rights) of WorkLink Information Services Inc. or a third party. This includes, but is not limited to, transmitting material copyrighted by other parties or copies of that material without authorization, or transmitting the personal information of others or corporate confidential information.
- Conduct that is or may be detrimental or harmful to WorkLink Information Services Inc. or any third party.
- Conduct that infringes upon or may infringe upon the human rights of a third party, and conduct that violates or may violate social norms or applicable laws.
- Conduct that is or may be criminal in nature, such as utilizing the Service to commit or incite crimes, including fraud and extortion, or conduct that is or may be linked to criminal activity.
- Conduct that hinders or may hinder the operation of WorkLink Information Services Inc. or the Service. This includes any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Service or any of the systems or networks comprising or connected to the Service.
- Conduct that damages, disparages, or discredits or may damage, disparage, or discredit WorkLink Information Services Inc. or the Service.
- Using or supplying harmful programs, including computer viruses, through the Service or in conjunction with the Service, or any conduct that may facilitate the same.
- Illegal conduct.
- Allowing a third party to use the email address and password registered by a user to access and utilize the Service.
- Lending or transferring the subscription to a third party without the prior written consent of WorkLink Information Services Inc.
- Modifying, leasing, renting, reselling, or distributing some or all of the Service.
- Using any robot, spider, dataminer, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service or its systems for any purpose; or to copy, probe, test, or monitor any portion of the Service; or to in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Service; or to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents, or information through any means not purposely made available by WorkLink Information Services Inc. or its business partners through the Service.
- Any other conduct that WorkLink Information Services Inc. determines to be inappropriate.
